Patterson Chip Company and Log A Load for Kids (in association with KY Forest      
Industries Assn.) are giving you a chance at winning a muzzle loader and a tree stand;
while you give children the chance at life. Your entry donation will go to benefit the Log-
A-Load for Kids program. You donate $10.00 to enter this contest and if you kill a “Big
Buck” this season we want to know. If your deer is the largest scored deer out of
those who participate in this contest; you win a .50 cal. Thompson Center Impact
Camo. Muzzle loader!!  Also, this year a lucky participant will be drawn from all that
enter the contest and will take home a Rivers Edge 15'  2 Man Tree Stand!!

Log-A-Load for Kids has raised millions of dollars nationwide to help sick and injured
children. The proceeds provide funding to support the area’s sickest and most
seriously injured kids. You can be sure that donations to Log-a-Load for Kids
help children close to your home—100% of all funds raised stays in Kentucky and
benefits the Kentucky Children’s Hospital in Lexington, KY member of the Childrens
Miracle Network. Your donation will help build brighter tomorrows for the Kentucky
Children‘s Hospital in Lexington, KY.

                   “Big Bucks” For Log-A-Load For Kids
                                 Rules &  Regulations

   * YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF KY OR HUNT IN KY
       
       • You must enter this contest by Nov. 12, 2011

• The Buck will be judged by the official Boone and Crockett  
scoring system. (Can be typical or non-typical)

• Your deer must be legally killed and tagged during         
Kentucky’s 2011 Fall hunting season.

• The kill may be taken with a rifle,muzzle loader, bow, or
crossbow.

• We must receive all required information
no later than Jan. 28, 2012.

• The rifle will be given away Feb. 1, 2012. *The winner will
appear in the KFIA newsletter and will receive a copy of the
newsletter via mail.

  Required Information that needs to be mailed to us:

1.) Please provide a telecheck # or confirmation #

2.) A copy of the official measurement form from the KY
scorer.
(You may find your local KY scorer at the following         
website:www.booneandcrockett.org or by calling KY
Fish and Wildlife at 1-800-858-1549. This measurement
is a free service!)

 3.) You may also send us a photo of the deer if you
choose.
