PRO-GRIND 900
The ProGrind 900's hammermill provides the power needed for small to
medium-sized grinding applications. Three different hammer type options are
available - 5 lb. [2.268kg], 12.5 lb.[5.67kg], and replaceable tip - allowing the
overall versatility needed to grind several different types of material, including
bark, yard waste, brush and more. Eight different screen sizes are also
available.
Simple to use and easy to maintain - the ProGrind 900 is the affordable,
compact grinding solution for community based solid waste programs,
smaller municipalities, golf courses, landscape operations and cemeteries.

Double- Cut Hammermill
PRO-GRIND H-4060
| Double- Cut Hammermill Engineered with several cutting surfaces at varying depths which virtually elimates the frequent jamming characteristic of more conventional type grinders. Rotating downward, the double cut hammermill momentarily wedges the incoming material securely between the cutting heads and the shredder feet, which limits the depth of cut preventing wide items from lodging between the screen and the hammermill, providing a more efficient cut with a self-adjusting hydraulic clutch. In contrast, shredders using an upward rotating hammermill are reported to be significantly less efficient. |
